• To send registration verification OTP emails, billing receipts, and support alerts.
• To optimize site search algorithms and exhibition hall performance analytics.

When you click "Send Inquiry" or download flyer PDFs from an exhibitor's virtual booth, your name, company name, email, and city details are shared directly with that exhibitor so they can follow up on your trade interest. We do not sell attendee lists to third-party marketing companies.

We use secure industry-standard protocols (including SSL encryption, secure API integrations, and access tokens) to store and protect your login details, passwords, and database inquiries. While we employ top security controls, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we recommend using strong passwords.

You can edit your business showcase details, flyers, and password at any time via your dashboard. You may request the deletion of your account and inquiry log history by sending a ticket to our support helpdesk.
